REGISTRATION

The 21st International Convention of the East Asian Economic Association will be held on 14-15 November 2026 at the Sokha Siemreap Angkor, Cambodia, hosted by Public Financial Management of Steering Committee of Ministry of Economy and Finance.

Early Bird Registration: 15 June – 15 August 2026 (LAST EXTENSION!)
Regular Registration: 16 August – 30 September 2026

EAEA Refund Policy

Participants who cancel their registration on or before October 15 are eligible for a 75% refund. Those who cancel between October 16 and October 31 receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after October 31, as this accounts for administrative costs and partial commitments already incurred by the organizers.

In lieu of cancellation, registrants who are unable to attend may transfer their registration to a colleague at any time, offering flexibility particularly for international participants who may encounter visa or travel-related issues.

Refunds may also be considered for extraordinary circumstances, such as visa denial, travel restrictions, or serious medical emergencies, provided that supporting documentation is submitted for review.

Please note that bank processing fees associated with the refund will be deducted from the total refund amount.

All refund requests must be emailed to the 21st EAEA Secretariat (eaea21@pfm.gov.kh), including the participant’s full name and reason for cancellation.

Once the request is acknowledged, the 21st EAEA Secretariat will issue an Authorization for Direct Credit (ADC) Form to the requesting party. The form must be completed and submitted directly to the 21st EAEA Secretariat , as specified in the form. Additional instructions are also provided within the ADC Form.
