H.E. Dr. Aun Pornmoniroth
H.E. Dr. Aun Pornmoniroth is the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Finance of the Kingdom of Cambodia. He has led major public financial management reforms, strengthened Cambodia's fiscal and macroeconomic stability, and played a key role in formulating and implementing the country's economic development policies. His leadership has been instrumental in enhancing public sector governance, promoting sustainable economic growth, and supporting Cambodia's long-term development agenda.
H.E. Dr. George Yeo
H.E. Dr. George Yeo is a renowned Singaporean statesman who served as Minister for Foreign Affairs from 2004 to 2011. He was instrumental in strengthening Singapore's diplomatic relations, expanding free trade and economic cooperation, deepening ASEAN integration, and enhancing Singapore's global influence. His leadership in trade, industry, and foreign affairs contributed significantly to Singapore's emergence as one of the world's leading financial and commercial hubs. He remains an influential thought leader on international affairs and regional development.
H.E. Ros Seilava
His Excellency Ros Seilava is the Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Cambodia. He has been a key architect of Cambodia's Public Financial Management Reform Program, leading reforms to strengthen fiscal governance, budget management, and public sector efficiency. He also serves as Secretary General of the Public Financial Management Reform Program Steering Committee, Chairman of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB), and a member of the Supreme National Economic Council, contributing significantly to Cambodia's economic policy development, financial sector reforms, and sustainable economic growth.
